Transportation from the airport
Shuttle Service
If you are looking for the transport to juggle between the terminals, taking
a shuttle is the best and quickest way to commute. A shuttle runs every 15 minutes
between the North and South terminal and till the parking lots. The service is free
for all to use.

Bus
The Municipality of Anchorage People Mover Bus (www.peoplemover.org)
offers reliable bus service from the airport to different parts of the city. The
bus runs at the interval of 30 minutes, from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Taxi
For North Terminal, taxis can be hailed from the curbside right outside the
terminal.
For the South Terminal prone traffic, taxis are available from the ground transportation
island which may be reached via walking beside the baggage claim or via underground
transportation.

Car Rental
The Anchorage
car rental center is located near the South Terminal. Free Airport shuttle
travel between the terminals and the car rental center every 15
minutes.
If you are arriving in the city; follow the car rental signboards after collecting
you baggage. The departing passengers are required to return the vehicle to the
car rental center. Please contact your car rental company for off-site
car pickups. You can also use the courtesy telephone located in baggage reclaim
to call car hire companies and ask to be picked up by their complimentary shuttle
bus services. Shuttle buses leave from outside baggage reclaim and drop you at the
car hire
pick-up area.
