The public transportation bus service is operated by The Kansas City Area Transportation
Authority through its route 129x. It operates from 6:00 am - 6:00 pm,
around 18-20 times per day, Monday-Friday. The bus stop is located near
Terminal C, fare is flat $1.25.

Taxi cabs depart from the baggage claim area which is at the ground level. The Taxi
Booth has a coordinator stationed all throughout the day to help passengers with

MCI is conveniently located on major highways Interstate 435 and Interstate 29.
The Kansas car rental
centre is located at the end of baggage claim area, right next to the exit section.
If you are arriving in the city; follow the car rental signboards
after collecting you baggage. The departing passengers are required to return the
