Transportation from the airport
Taxi
The Tucson International Airport has plenty of taxi cab companies offering services
within the city as well as to and from the airport. Taxis can be found at the on
the commercial roadway on the lower level in front of the terminal.
The meter starts from $4.50 flag drop, $2.50 each mile, and $22.00
per hour waiting time. Waiting time is added when the taxi is required to make stops
prior to reaching its final destination. If you want to make the arrangement in

Bus
The Tucson's public bus system, Sun Tran provides efficient and reliable
service to and from the Tucson International Airport. Schedules can be checked by
dialing 520-792-9222. Bus stop is located on the commercial roadway on the

Hotel Shuttles
Provided as a mean of complimentary travel, the shuttle can be availed after
making necessary arrangements with the hotels.
Shared-Ride Van Service
Operated by Arizona Stagecoach, the shared-ride van service goes to major
resorts, hotels, the University of Arizona, and residence or business.
The rates range from $5 to $50 per person for hotel drops, and $15
to $65 for business or residence location.
Car Rental
The Tucson
car rental centre can be conveniently located on the airport. If you are
arriving in the city; follow the rental car signboards after collecting you
baggage. The departing passengers are required to return the vehicle to the
car rental center. Please contact your car rental company for off-site
car pickups.
